Sharon Muhwezi brings 10 years of professional work experience gained across five countries to her current role. She is an alumnus of Dartmouth College, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Government. Furthering her education, she obtained a Master's degree in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.

To Sharon, consulting is more than just identifying gaps and suggesting changes. She is dedicated to fully engaging with a client company's culture and aiding its leaders and teams in their evolution from good to great. Sharon's approach is collaborative; she initiates discussions with teams to comprehend their objectives, assists them in recognizing both gaps and opportunities, and leads cooperative sessions to jointly devise the desired changes.

With a wealth of experience in coaching both teams and individuals, Sharon is adept at providing the necessary practical and strategic tools to rectify declining performance and steer off-course projects back on track. Currently, she holds the position of People and Change Lead at One Acre Fund (OAF) in Kenya, where she has also been pivotal in leading the organization's government relations and policy initiatives in Uganda and Malawi for four years.

Before her tenure at OAF, Sharon contributed her expertise as a consultant for various governments, where she was involved in leading policy and project reviews, negotiations, and partnership efforts. Her notable positions include serving as a Technical Advisor for Special Projects at the Rwanda Development Board and conducting economic policy reviews at the Uganda Office of the President. Sharon's proficiency extends beyond her technical skills in change and performance management; she possesses substantial knowledge and experience in sectors such as Agriculture, Labour, Gender, and Financial Inclusion, making her a versatile and invaluable asset in the field of consulting.
